Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

Please double-check your order before completing checkout, as changes or cancellations are not possible once an order is submitted.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of operating a small business, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges.
However, if your package arrived with significant damage, please record a video of the complete unboxing showing the damage and email it to us here so we can work out a solution.

What if there is a problem with my package?

If you receive a broken or defective item, or an item is missing, or you have received the wrong item please contact us with your name, order number, and a photo of the item in the condition you received it here. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

When will I get my order?

Please allow for 1-4 weeks (depending on country) for your order to be processed.

Do note that fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed.
